Products and product information
HearzenLab offers wooden model kits, DIY builds, and decorative wooden products. Product pages show the current price, available options, and product-specific information. Images are illustrative; styling props shown in an image are not included unless the listing says they are. Wood grain, finish, and color can vary, and screen settings may change how a color appears. Contact us before ordering if a dimension, material, included part, battery, or assembly detail is important to your decision.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that your order and payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; an order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious listing or pricing error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.
Prices and availability
Prices and product availability can change. The price and shipping options displayed at checkout before you submit your order are the ones that apply to that purchase. Taxes, duties, and other charges are shown or collected as required for your destination.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
