Shipping Policy

This policy covers physical wooden model kits, DIY builds, and decorative products sold by HearzenLab at hearzenlab.com.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Busy seasonal periods may take longer. We will email tracking details when an order ships.

Destinations, rates, and delivery estimates

Available destinations, shipping services, and charges are shown at checkout. Current delivery estimates after dispatch are 5–12 business days for the United States and 7–20 business days for other destinations where checkout is available. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier operations, weather, customs, and address issues can cause delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is limited to the terms shown with that promotion. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

Temporary shipping estimates: Some product packed weights, carton dimensions, and weight-based rate bands are provisional while we confirm final package measurements. The shipping price displayed at checkout is the amount charged for the order. We will not request extra shipping payment after an order is placed because the carrier cost differs from an estimate.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking can take 24–48 hours after dispatch to show its first carrier scan. Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, email us within 6 hours of ordering; we will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Problems with delivery or damage

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or if an item arrives damaged, contact us at hearzenlab@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, please include clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and explain the next steps.

If an order is lost in transit, we will help you contact the carrier and investigate. Some orders may ship in separate parcels; separate tracking details will be provided when available.
