Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with HearzenLab at hearzenlab.com for wooden model kits, DIY builds, and decorative products. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Order cancellations

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation. We will try to stop the order, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a product defect, or contains the wrong item, email hearzenlab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the information and contact you with the available remedy.

Return requests

Contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not mail a return before receiving those details. For an issue caused by HearzenLab, we will explain how return shipping will be handled. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping where allowed by law.

Change-of-mind returns, gift cards, customized goods, and items clearly marked final sale may be excluded where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method. We normally submit approved refunds within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when the issue resulted from our error.
